摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对三个产地茶叶多糖的糖醛酸含量进行了测定,该方法具有操作简便、样品无需预处理等特点,稳定性、重现性较好,回收率高,适合于茶叶多糖糖醛酸含量的测定。结果表明不同产地茶叶多糖的糖醛酸含量有明显差异。本文同时研究了不同产地茶叶多糖对超氧自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用,以评价其抗氧化活性。结果发现不同产地茶叶多糖的抗氧化活性与其糖醛酸含量呈正相关,糖醛酸含量越高,其抗氧化能力越强。
A technique of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the determination of the content of uronic acid in tea polysaccharide. The results showed that the method used in this paper was simple with the high recovery and low coefficients of variance, suitable for the determination of the content of uronic acid in tea polysaccharide. Besides, the content of uronic acid in tea polysaccharide varied wildly for three kinds of green tea from different counties of Jiangxi Province. The antioxidant activities of different kinds of tea polysacchafide were evaluated by determining the decoloration of the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and the superoxide generated from autoxidation of pyrogallol. The resuits showed that the uronic acid content in tea polysaccharide has a positive correlation with the antioxidative activity. The higher the contents of uronic acid in tea polysaccharide are,the stronger antioxidant activities.
