摘要
并联线圈可以增加线圈导体高频时的有效导电面积,减小高频功率磁元件的线圈损耗,但其分析与设计相对单根导体线圈则复杂得多.在比较分析并联线圈基础上,应用场、路相结合的方法,建立物理意义明确的包括里兹线、普通并联PCB以及绞绕并联PCB等高频功率变压器并联线圈的涡流损耗模型,并提出相应的易于实现损耗模型系统编程的算法.开发的软件人机界面友好.
Comparing with single conductor windings, parallel technique improves windings conductor effective conduction area to reduce the windings eddy current loss of high - frequency power magnetic components. However, the analysis and design of parallel windings are more complicated. Parallel windings including litz wire, litz PCB, twisted and common parallel PCB are evaluated, then respec- tive eddy current loss analytical models were built and systematical algorithm were also proposed for the loss models programming. The developing program has excellent human - machine interface to be very handy for the analysis and design of parallel windings of high - frequency power transformer.
