摘要
采用痔动脉缝扎加外切内扎悬吊术治疗混合痔128例，术后给予坐浴、抗炎、换药及理疗。128例全部治愈，疗程平均15d。术后肛门功能正常，无肛门狭窄等后遗症。结果表明，该术式具有疗效确切、并发症少、无后遗症等优点。
One hundred and twenty eight patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent the procedure of ＂suture and ligation of hemorrhoidal arteries plus external incision,internal ligation and suspension＂. All the patients recieved postoperative sitz bath,anti-inflammation,dress change and physical therapy as well. The cure rate was 100% with a mean treatment course of 15 days . Postoperative anal function was normal and no such sequela as anal stricture was found. It is concluded that this procedure is effective in therapeutic result,and that there is less complications and no sequela.
