摘要
通过对塌陷区尾砂干式排放工艺技术涉及的工程地质评价、全尾砂高压深锥浓缩、尾砂管道输送、固液分离、尾砂干式排放、塌陷区综合治理等进行了全面研究,形成了塌陷区尾砂干式排放成套工艺技术和示范工程,解决了承德铜兴矿业公司尾砂堆存和塌陷区治理的技术难题,在环境、安全、节能、占用土地等方面,经济效益和社会效益显著。
Through comprehensive study on engineering geology evaluation, high-pressure full-tailings concentration with a deep cone, tailings tube transportation, solid-liquid separation, dry tailings discharge and comprehensive subsidence-area management related to the technology for discharge of dry tailings into subsidence areas, a set of the technologies for discharging dry tailings into subsidence areas and a demonstration project have been formed. This comprehensive technology has resolved technical difficulties of tailing stockpiling and comprehensive subsidence-area management in Chengde Tongxing Mining Co. Ltd and made remarkable economical and social benefits in respects of environmental protection, safety, energy save, land occupation and others.
