摘要
通过对15CrMoG钢母材成分及焊接性能、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接结构、工艺参数、焊接操作和热处理的分析,提出了改进的焊接措施,有效地防止了某船锅炉管再热裂纹和其它焊接缺陷的产生。
The base metal 15CrMoG component and weldability, welding method, welding material, welding structure, technics parameter, welding process and heat treatment were analyzed, the improving welding measure was put forward,which effectively avoided reheat crack and the other welding defects of certain ship boiler pipe.
