摘要
先在氧化铝陶瓷表面用真空蒸发镀膜的方法镀一层镍膜,再以纯镍粉为中间层材料,实现了氧化铝陶瓷与AISI201不锈钢的扩散连接。对连接接头进行了抗剪强度测试和微观形貌及相结构分析。结果表明:在连接温度900℃,保温时间2h,连接压强30kPa的条件下接头剪切强度最高可达20.7 MPa;扩散连接过程中生成了AlNi金属间化合物。
A layer of nickel film was plated by using vacuum evaporation on Al2O3 ceramic surface, then the diffusion bonding of Al2O3 ceramic and AISI201 stainless steel was realized by using pure Ni powder as interlayer material. The bonding joint was tested by shear strength testing, and its micro-morphology and phase structure were analyzed.The results show that the highest shear strength of the joint reaches up to 20.7 MPa at bonding temperature 900℃, holding time 2 hours, bonding pressure 30 kPa. A1Ni intermetallie compound is generated during diffusion bonding.
