摘要
目的探讨首乌、川芎等中药水提取物混合剂对体外培养人头皮毛囊生长的影响。方法将体外培养的人头皮毛囊分别设为对照组和不同浓度的中药组。显微镜下观察各组毛囊毛发生长情况。结果首乌、川芎、甘草、侧柏叶提取物混合剂中剂量组(100μg/mL和200μg/mL)可加速毛发生长,延长毛发生长长度和生长时间。高剂量组(1000μg/mL和2000/μgmL)抑制毛发生长,同时缩短毛发生长时间。低剂量组(2μg/mL和20μg/mL)对毛发生长无明显作用。结论中剂量首乌、川芎等提取物混合剂对体外培养的人头皮毛囊生长有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the mixed extracts from Fleeceflower Root, Szechwan Lovage Rhizome and other Chinese herbal medicine on human hair growth in vitro. Methods Mixed extracts in different concentration were applied in the cultured hair follicles in vitro. The hair growth was observed in microscopy. Results The hair growth was significantly stimulated in the follicles treated with extracts at the concentration of 100 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL,whereas extracts at higher concentration （ 1 000 μg/mL and 2 000μg/mL） inhibit the cultured hair growth. The extracts at lower concentration （2 μg/mL and 20 μg/ mL） revealed no obvious effect on the hair growth. Conclusion The mixed extracts from Fleeceflower Root, Szechwan Lovage Rhi- zo＇me and other Chinese herbal medicine can promote the hair growth at middle concentration in vitro.
