摘要
采用单体、引发剂溶液同步连续滴加工艺,通过对引发剂用量及聚合反应温度的调控,有效地降低体系粘度并控制体系中羟基的分布,成功地制备了固含量达7 0%以上的高固含量低粘度羟基丙烯酸树脂。对引发剂用量、聚合反应温度、溶剂及链转移剂的选择等进行了研究,在降低体系粘度的同时能有效地控制分子量及羟基的分布。
The high quality high-solids hydroxyl acrylic resins with low viscosity were prepared by free radical polymerization. The influence of initiators, solvents, transfer reagents and temperature on the structure and properties of the resins' were discussed. The results showed that the molecular weight was about 3000 and the distribution index was less than 2.
