摘要
盐酸度洛西汀是一种新型的相对平衡有效的选择性5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺(NE)双重再摄取抑制剂。目前发现不仅可以治疗抑郁症,还可用于治疗压力性尿失禁与糖尿病周围神经病性疼痛,对于抑郁症伴发慢性疼痛也有一定的疗效,本文介绍近年来该药的研究进展和临床应用。
Duloxetine hydrochloride is a relatively balanced and potent reuptake inhibitor of both serotonin and norepinephrine. It is used not only in treatment of depression,but also in treatment of stress incontinence and diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Duloxetine is also effective in the treatment of comorbid chronic pain in depression, and we introduce the clinical practice and research progress about Duloxetine hydrochloride in recent years
