摘要
目的:建立人成骨肉瘤高转移细胞亚群SOSP-M裸鼠肺转移模型,用亚锡亚甲基二磷酸盐-阿霉素脂质体(MDP-LADM)进行治疗并观察其疗效.方法:建立SOSP-M成骨肉瘤裸鼠肺转移模型,制备MDP-LADM,经尾静脉注入裸鼠体内,观察其抑瘤作用.应用高效液相色谱法检测裸鼠肺内阿霉素(ADM)的含量.结果:MDP-LADM对裸鼠肺转移模型具有明显的抑瘤作用,其抑瘤率为40.0%(P<0.05).肺湿质量的减轻率为21.6%(P<0.05).裸鼠肺内ADM含量MDP-LADM组高于LADM组(P<0.05)和ADM组(P<0.05).结论:MDP-LADM能明显提高ADM对SOSP-M成骨肉瘤裸鼠肺转移模型的抑瘤作用.
AIM: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of MDP- liposome adriamycin on the pulmonary metastatic model in nude mice carrying human SOSP-M osteosarcoma. METHODS: The pulmonary metastatic model was made in nude mice carrying human SOSP-M osteosarcoma. MDP-liposome adriamycin was prepared. The anti-tumor effect of MDP-liposome adriamycin was observed and the content of adriamycin in lungs was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with luorescence detector. RESULTS: MDP-liposome adriamycin exerted obvious anti-tumor effect on the animal models, with the inhibition rate as 40% (P 〈 0.05), and the reduction rate of lung wet weight was 21.6% ( P 〈 0.05 ). The content of adriamycin in lungs was higher in MDP-liposome adriamycin group than in adriamycin liposome group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and adriamycin group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: MDP-liposome adriamycin improves the antitumor effect of adriamycin for the pulmonary metastasis in nude mice carrying human SOSP-M osteosarcoma.
