摘要 涡旋压缩机泄漏是影响压缩机性能的主要原因。以气体流动的基本方程为基础,考虑到粘性力和惯性力对气体流动的共同效应,建立了相应的泄漏模型。并通过实例计算和实验值进行比较,发现本模型计算值与实验值吻合的很好,因此本文所建立的数学模型是可行的。 The main factor of affecting compressor performance is compressor leakage. In view of joint effect of viscosity force and inertia force on gas flow, a leakage model for scroll compressor has been established based on basic equations of gas flow. Through the comparison of calculation example and experimental data, it has been found that the result is consistent with the experimental data,so the mathematical model the paper established is feasible.
