多元光谱拟合(MSF)等离子体发射光谱法测定猪肝中的痕量元素Pb和Mo 被引量:7

摘要 多元光谱拟合(MSF)法是一种新的校正多种基体干扰的方法.但应用于测定生物样品中痕量元素的分析较少,在猪肝样品的痕量分析中未见报道,这是由于猪肝样品中基体成分复杂的原因.本文采用MSF法,有效地校正了复杂基体的光谱干扰,测定了猪肝样品中痕量的Pb、Mo,得到满意的测定结果,测得Pb、Mo两种元素的检出限分别为5.02μg.L-1、2.32μg.L-1,方法的回收率分别为97.2%、92.1%,方法的精密度分别为1.22%、1.35%. Multicomponent spectral fitting(MSF) is an important method of interference correction. It is little used for analysis of biological samples because of the complicated matrix. In this thesis, MSF method is used to correct the complicated matrix interference. Trace element in pork liver had been determinated using this method, got satisfied results. The detection limts of Pb and Mo were 5.02μg/L, 2.32μg/L. The recoveries of Pb and Mo were 97.2% ,92.1%. The relative standard deviations of Pb and Mo were 1.22%, 1.35%.
