摘要
通过分析不同学者对水资源承载力内涵的界定,给出了基于经济学和环境学角度的水资源承载力定义。在此基础上分析了水资源承载力的主要影响因素,进而对水资源承载力指数进行了定量描述。通过选取评价指标和计算承载力指数,构建了水资源承载力指标体系。并以水资源严重短缺的代表城市西安市为例进行应用研究。
The paper gives the definition of water resource bearing capacity from the economical and environmental perspective through a lot of scholars＇ research on this topic, and also analyzes the main factors that affect the water resource bearing capacity. This paper also makes a quantitative description of the water resource bearing capacity index and constructs an evaluation index system of water resource bearing capacity. The authors conduct the application research by taking Xi＇an, the city with severe water shortage as an example, and conclude that water resource bearing capacity can be enhanced by raising domestic water price properly.
