摘要
采用有限元分析方法,研究了配料给料机两斗机架的结构。运用ANSYS软件建立了配料给料机两斗机架的三维计算模型并对其结构进行计算,求出了其在载荷作用下的最大变形和最大应力值及变形和应力所处的位置。根据计算结果提出了两斗机架结构设计改进方案,并对改进后的结构进行了分析。分析结果表明:改进后的结构既节省材料又安全可靠。
This paper studies two-trolley framework of batcher's structure by finite element analysis.A 3-D calculated model of two-trolley framework of batcher is established and its structure is calculated with ANSYS software. Its maximum deformation and stress including the position of deformation and stress under the load is calculated. According to the calculation result, the suggestion is given on improving the two-trolley framework's structure. The improved structure is well analyzed by the paper too. The results indicate that the improved structure is not only material saving but also safe reliability.
