摘要
针对传统搅拌工艺对RCC和SFRC的制备效率、成本和质量尚不能完全满足施工要求、存在拌和物微观不匀质等的缺点,从混凝土的拌和过程及其数学模拟和振动作用下混凝土的流变特性2方面对振动拌和的强化机理进行了探讨。结果表明:采用振动拌和可以显著提高RCC和SFRC拌和物的匀质性及其硬化后的强度。
The traditional mixing technology of RCC and SFRC can not meet the demands of construction in efficiency, cost and quality, and has disadvantage in micro ununiformity. The strengthening mechanism of vibratory mixing is discussed from such aspects as concrete mixing process, simulation, concrete rheological behavior under vibration, etc. The results show that the uniformity and strength of RCC and SFRC can be increased using vibratory mixing obviously
