姜黄素对肉鸡脂肪代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选用360只健康的1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分成4个处理组,每组设3个重复,分别在基础日粮中添加0、150 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、350 mg/kg的姜黄素,研究其对肉鸡脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明,添加250mg/kg、350 mg/kg姜黄素显著地降低了肉鸡腹脂率(P<0.05)、肝脂率(P<0.05),添加350 mg/kg姜黄素显著地降低了肉鸡皮下脂肪厚度和肌间脂肪宽度(P<0.05)。添加250 mg/kg、350 mg/kg姜黄素显著地降低了血清中胆固醇含量(P<0.05)、甘油三酯浓度(P<0.05)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(P<0.05),提高了血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和游离脂肪酸浓度(P<0.05),使腹脂中激素敏感脂酶活性增强(P<0.05),苹果酸脱氢酶活性降低(P<0.05)。上述结果提示姜黄素通过调节血脂代谢和改变肉鸡体内脂肪代谢相关酶的活性,以降低肉鸡脂肪沉积。 360 one -day -old AA broilers were divided into four treatment groups by weight to study the effect of curcumin on metabolism of fat in broilers. Every group included three replicates of 30 birds each. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0,150 mg/kg,250 mg/kg,350 mg/kg curcumin respectively during the perid 1 to 42 d post - hatching. The results showed that percentage of abdominal fat weight and percentage of liver fat weight were significantly decreased by supplementation of 250 mg/kg or 350 mg/kg curcumin ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Subcutaneous fat thickness and inter - muscular fat width were significantly decreased by supplementation of 350 mg/kg curcumin ( P 〈 0.05 ). Adding 250 mg/kg or 350 mg/kg curcumin obviously reduced total cholesterol(TC) concentration and the content of triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein (VLDL)level in serum ( P 〈 0.05), increased high density lipoprotein (HDL) level and free fatty acid (FFA) concentration in serum( P 〈 0.05 ), enhaced the activity of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) ( P 〈 0.05 ) but decreased the activity of malate dehydrogenase(MDH) in abdominal fat (P 〈 0.05 ). The results implied that curcumin reduce fat deposition by regulating the enzymes activities related to fat metabolism and by adjusting blood lipid metabolism.
