摘要
不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)具有优良的性能,但在固化时会出现表面发粘的现象。本文在通用型UPR的原料中加入一定配比的含有气干性基团结构的桐油,在试验中通过两步法加料并控制酸值、温度等工艺参数制得桐油改性UPR,对其凝胶时间、表干时间和电性能等进行了测试,解决了UPR固化时表面发粘的问题。
Unsaturated Polyester Resin has fine property, but Unsaturated Polyester Resin will become surface sticky in solidification. Adding the raw materials through two steps in the experiment and controlling the craft parameters, such as the sour value, temperature etc., the changed Unsaturated Polyester Resin with the tung oil was obtained. Its each kind of performance, such as the gelatin time, the skin drying time, the external appearance, the volatility share and the electricity performance were contrasted. The tung oil was able to solve the question of the sticky surface when Unsaturated Polyester Resin was solidified.
