摘要 人力资源是企业拥有的最为重要的资源,已成为企业生存和发展的基础。随着企业改革和发展的不断深入,企业人力资源所面临的问题与矛盾日益突出。在构建社会主义和谐社会中,企业人力资源管理要尽快转变思想观念和管理原则,做好企业人力资源管理,促进企业的和谐发展。 Human resources, the most important resources that the enterprise has, have become the foundation for the enterprise survival and the development foundation. Along with the unceasingly deepening of the reform of the enterprise reform, human resources of the enterprise face more and more serious problems and contradictions. Under the background of constructing socialist harmonious society, the enterprise will have to transform the idea and the management principle on the human resources management and perfect the enterprise human resources management to promote harmonious development of the enterprise.
