摘要
通过IR光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析手段对制备的铁镍交联改性膨润土(以下简称铁镍交联土)进行了结构表征和形貌观察。考察了吸附剂用量、溶液pH、吸附时间等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附行为的影响,比较了原土与改性土的去除效果。实验结果表明:铁镍改性膨润土去除Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳实验条件为:吸附剂用量为8 g/L,pH=4,吸附时间为60 min,改性土对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除能力明显优于原土,在Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为30 mg/L,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率均在95%以上。
The modified bentonite was characterized bv various analysis techniques, such as IR, XRD and SEM. The factors affecting the Cr( Ⅵ) removal rate, such as amount of adsorption agent, pH value and stirring time, sere studied. The removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) on Fe-Ni modified bentonite at optimized conditions reached 95%
