摘要
[目的]探究多胺对玉米种子萌发的影响。[方法]以农大108玉米(Zea mays L.)品种为材料,用不同浓度的亚精胺(spermidine:Spd)浸种,检测种子萌发的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽鞘长度和α-淀粉酶活性。[结果]在低浓度范围内,随着亚精胺浸种浓度的升高,被检测的这些指标也逐渐升高,当亚精胺浓度达到0.1 mmol/L时,这些指标均达到最大值,而过高浓度的亚精胺处理,则这些指标低于对照。[结论]适宜浓度的亚精胺浸种促进玉米种子的萌发。该研究为多胺在大田上的应用提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effects of polyamine on the germination of maize seeds. [ Method] In the test with maize variety Nongda 108 as materials, maize seeds were soaked with different concentrations of spermidine (Spd) to determine the germination rate, germination vigor, germination index, vigor index, coleoptile length and α-amylase activity of seed germination. [Result] In the range of low concentration, these determined indexes were increased gradually with the rise of Spd concentration in seed soaking. When the concentration of Spd reached 0.1 mmol/L, these indexes all reached the maximum. However, these indexes were lower than CK when seeds were treated with too higher concentration of Spd. [ Conclusion] Seed soaking with appropriate concentration of Spd could promote the germination of maize seeds. The research provided theoretical basis for the application of polyamine in the field.
