摘要 采用氧化淀粉-丙烯酸-AMPs接枝共聚物和交联羧甲基淀粉进行复配,将两种原料按配比经混合、糊化、制片、粉碎、筛分制得复配高吸水性树脂成品。试验表明,最佳制备条件为:氧化淀粉-丙烯酸-AMPs接枝共聚物与交联羧甲基淀粉的质量比为8,糊化时的加水量为500g/g,糊化25min。制片温度为150℃。该产品将两种淀粉组分的优缺点互补,生产成本低、安全性好,吸生理盐水的倍率为60~100倍,能在15min内全部被酶解。 Oxidized starch erylie acid AMPS graft copolymer and emsslinked earboxymethyl starch were compounded. Two kinds of materials were used to prepare a kind of Compound high water-absorbing resin production through mixing, gelatinizing, making section, crushing and sieving by certain proportions. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of oxidized starch-erylie acid-AMPS graft eopolymer to crosslinked carboxymethyl starch was 8, water addition quantity for gelatinization was 500 g/g, the time of gelatinization was 25 min, making section temperature was 150 ℃. This product had the complementary feature of advantages and disadvantages of 2 kinds of starch ingredients and had low production cost and good safety. Its absorbency for physiological brine was 60 - 100 g/g and it could entirely be hydrolyzed by enzyme in 15 min.
