摘要
估报价是模具制造企业工作的重要环节。模具报价的核心是成本的核算,它是一个集技术、经验和市场信息的综合性的技术问题。针对这一问题说明了模具价格的基本组成,介绍了模具制造企业中常用的模具成本估算方法、模具报价的特点及方法;对目前模具成本报价领域中的一些主要研究方法和技术手段进行了分析讨论,并在此基础上提出了自己的研究思路:应用CBR方法进行成本估算,并将粗糙集理论应用到模具报价系统中,用来判断企业的类型,从而在报价中选定一个合理的利润率,提高报价的准确性。
Mould quoting is a very important work in the mould manufacture enterprise.The core of mould quoting is the cost estimation. It is a kind of comprehensive technical matters, it includes technology and experience and the market information. In view of this question, the basic composition of mould price has been introduced. The common mould cost estimation methods and the mould quoting characteristic and the quoting strategy have been analyzed. And some main research techniques and the technical method in the domain of the modern mould cost estimation and quotation have been discussed. New research ideas have been explained： CBR is used for evaluating the manufacturing cost, in order to determine the types of enterprises, the rough set theory is applied to the mould quotation system for Improving the accuracy of quotations.
