SAE8620H钢齿轮采用等温正火工艺,获得了理想的硬度、金相组织和良好的切削性能。渗碳时选取合适的温度,采用热油淬火,产品达到了图纸的技术要求。
After isothermal normalizing, SAE8620H steel gear obtained the ideal hardness, microstructures and fine cutting behaviors. When it was earburized in the appropriate temperature and was quenched in hot-oil, its properties can achieve the specification on the part drawings.
