清溪水电站施工组织与开挖弃碴利用

摘要 清溪水电站是贵州省芙蓉江流域梯级开发的重点工程,阐述该工程施工组织设计。结合工程区地形条件,合理利用工程弃碴,变工程永久淹没占地为可恢复耕地,节约了工程占地补偿投资。 Qingxi Hydropower Plant is one key project of Furong River valley' s cascade development. The elaborate construction organization, scientific construction to ensure an orderly execution of the project construction was introduced. In combination with the topographic conditions of the project, reasonable choosing excavation rock and earth waste dump sites was adopted, utilizing the piling of the project waste to recover part of the land flooded by the reservoir, thus turning permanent land occupation into temporary land occupation. This practice saves the compensation investment of the project land occupation and earns a good economical benefit.
