肺癌的早期诊断及其研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来对于肺癌的早期诊断及重要相关标志物的选择其相关研究越来越引起广大临床医务工作者的重视,国内外学者做了大量的相关研究。本文就癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、糖链抗原-125(CA125)、端粒酶、细胞角蛋白测定和P53基因突变这几个常见的方法对早期诊断肺癌的价值及其相关研究进展做一综述。
