摘要
以蔗糖为浸渍碳源,以非水体系快速挥发法所合成的介孔氧化硅为模板,采用液相浸渍法制备介孔炭。用N2物理吸附、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)对样品的结构和性能进行了表征。研究表明:非水体系快速挥发法合成的介孔硅材料是制备介孔炭的优良模板,所制备的介孔炭具有有序的孔晾结构、高比表面积与大孔容。
Ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) materials were synthesized by liquid impregnation method with sucrose as the carbon precursor and mesoporous organosilicas (OMS) as template. The template was prepared by non- aqueous solvent evaporation method. The structure and properties of the obtained OMS and OMC were characterized by nitrogen adsorption, transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ther- mogravimetry (TGA). The results show that the OMS synthesized by solvent evaporation method was an excellent template for the preparation of OMC materials. OMC with high surface areas and large pore volumes can be obtained by using two- step impregnation method.
