高血压病对循环血小板微颗粒水平的影响

摘要 [目的]研究高血压病循环血小板微颗粒水平的变化及其与血压的关系。[方法]20例高血压病患者和25例健康志愿者进入本研究,采用流式细胞仪技术检测血浆中CD31+/CD42+血小板微颗粒的水平,并比较其与血压的关系。[结果]与健康志愿者组相比,高血压病组患者循环血小板微颗粒水平明显增高(7455±1794)/μL比(14054±2745)/μL,P< 0.05。血小板微颗粒水平与收缩压呈正相关,r=0.30,P<0.05。[结论]高血压病患者循环血小板微颗粒水平增高,血小板微颗粒水平与收缩压相关,提示压力依赖的血小板激活促进高血压病缺血性血管疾病的发生。
