摘要
利用高温快速反应法制备聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土高吸水性复合材料,研究反应温度及蒙脱土质量分数对聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土高吸水性复合材料吸水率的影响,所得复合材料吸水率为511 mL/g.并对其保水性能研究.结果表明,聚丙烯酸/蒙脱土高吸水性复合材料在高温条件下具有优异的保水性能.
By using high-temperature rapid reaction method, the superabsorbent composite was synthesized. The influence of reaction conditions, such as the temperature and mass fraction of montmorillonite on water-absorbing capacity of the tested superabsorbent composite was investigated. The water-absorbing capacity of the composite obtained was 511 mL/g. Its water-holding capacity was also investigated and the result showed that its water-holding capacity was excellent at high temperature.
