摘要
通过三元二次通用旋转组合设计对转杯纺工艺参数进行了优化,结论是:对转杯纱强度、条干CV值、棉结3项主要指标而言,转杯速度、捻系数、分梳辊速度存在一个最佳组合,能使这3项主要指标达到最优值.
In order to find out the influences of three parameters （rotor speed,twist factor and combing roller speed） on the yarn quality in the process of rotor spinning,the parameters were optimized by a combination design with current and revolving capability for two times function. The conclusion was that there is a best combination of the three parameters which may optimize the 3 main indexes of yarn strength,the CV value of evenness and neps.
