川楝子活性成分石油醚提取与GC-MS分析 被引量:12

Extraction of active compounds by petroleum ether from fructus Toosendan and analysis with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 以本地药材川楝子作原料,经烘干细碎,1000g粉料使用石油醚冷浸三次,选择提取其脂溶性活性成分,浸提成分约11.5g.经GC-MS联用分析,该提取物中检出成分46种,含量较高且可分离物质19种,活性成分总量6.71g.确认结构发现:成分中以双环[10.1.0]十三(碳)-1-烯和4-(4-乙基环己基)-1-戊烷基环己烯为主,并有少量胺和甾烷等.其它半数组分结构有待另行分析确定. Fructus Toosendan, as one of galenical familiar local, has been baken and comminuted seriously in this experiment. To the further, satisfactory quantum of petroleum ether solvent is used as extracting agent for 1000 gram of those powder, which acts as leaching process and is operated for three times. As a result, the total mass of educt ingredient, of which the fat-soluble parts of the fructus toosendan extractive is 11.5 gram available. With the help of gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry technology, it is consequential for us to see that 46 species compounds among the mixture have been detected in all, and that 19 of them with the high content are separable on that condition. Such active components are 6.71 gram totally. Afterwards, the structures of these active compounds involved are established on principle. Bicyclo[10.1.0]tridec-l-ene and 4-(4-ethylcyclohexyl)-l-pentyl- tetrahydrobenzene are the chief component, and there are few of amines and steranes existent. However, more than a half of the structures of these active compounds are subject to establish indeed.
