摘要
根据热型连铸过程的原理与传热特点,建立了热型连铸过程的物理、数学模型,通过数值计算仿真研究,考察了冷却距离、牵引速度以及铸型内壁温度,对热型连铸过程中液固界面位置,及其界面形状因子的影响。获得了各工艺参数的最佳分布范围,以及在最佳参数组合状态下的液固界面的特性数据,明确了各工艺参数对液固界面特性的影响强弱程度,并通过实际生产实践进行了验证。
The physical and mathematical model were established based on the principles and heat transfer features of the OCC to investigate the effects of some variables,including cooling distance,pulling velocity and internal-wall temperature in mold,on the position and shape factors of liquid-solid interface during OCC process.The optimized processing parameters and the feature data of liquid-solid interface in the condition of optimized processing parameters were described.The influencing orders of processing parameters on the features of liquid-solid interface were determined,verifying by practical production.
