4-对甲苯基-1-对苯磺酸钠硫代氨基脲与铜(Ⅱ)配合物吸附波的研究和应用

摘要 本文对新合成的试剂4-对甲苯基-1-对苯磺酸钠硫代氨基脲(4-p-methylphenyl-1-(sodium-p-phenylsulphonate)thiosemicarbazide(简称pMPT)与Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物进行了研究,发现在0.006%Tween-80的NH3-NH4Cl溶液中,配合物于-0.63V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,峰电流与Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在5~110ng/mL范围内有线性关系,检测限为3ng/mL,应用于人发、硫酸镍中铜的测定,均得到了满意的结果。试验了多种表面活性剂的影响,测得配合物组成为Cu(Ⅱ)∶pMPT=1∶3,条件稳定常数β=5.54×1017,并对该体系的极谱波性质及其反应机理进行了探讨。 The adsorptive complex wave of Cu(Ⅱ) with the newly synthetic reagent 4 p methylphenyl 1 (sodium p phenylsulphonate)thiosemicarbazide ( p MPT) has been studied in this paper.Experiments show that in an NH 3 NH 4Cl solution containing 0.006% Tween 80 at pH=10,a sensitive adsorptive wave is produced at -0.63V ( vs .SCE).The peak current is proportional to the concentration of copper over the range of 5~110μg/L.The detection limit is 3μg/L.The method was used for the determination of copper in human hair and nickel sulfate and satisfactory results were obtained.The influences of various kinds of surfactants were studied.The composition ratio of the complex is Cu(Ⅱ)∶ p MPT=1∶3 and condition stability constant is β=5 54×10 17 The behaviours of polarographic wave and the mechanism of electrode reaction were also investigated.
