摘要
介绍了采用X射线衍射法分析略阳玄武岩的化学组分,并将结果与国外成熟玄武岩的化学组分进行了对比。利用热差分析法及比重法分析了略阳玄武岩原矿的最高熔化温度、最高析晶温度并推断烧失量的组成成分。通过对略阳玄武岩原矿的物相分析后确定出可以用略阳玄武岩来制备玄武岩连续纤维,且其适宜的拉丝成型温度在1,320~1,340,℃。而这些实验数据又为后续的拉丝实验提供理论依据。
The composition of raw basalt ore in LUeyang was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and compared with that of well-used basalt abroad. The max. melting temperature and max.devitrification temperature of this ore were determined by differential thermal analysis and specific gravity method, and the ingredients lost on ignition were inferred. These analyses show that Ltleyang's basalt can be used to manufacture continuous basalt fiber, and the suitable fiberizing temperature is 1320-1340℃. These experimental data provide theoretic bases for the follow-up fiber forming experiment.
