摘要
目的 评估院前急救实习教学效果。方法 组织1999级、2000级进入急诊科实习的医学生到湖北省急救中心参与院前急救实习,利用理论考试和个人实习体会相结合的方法,与既往1996级、1997级没有参加院前急救实习的医学生急诊临床实习成绩进行对比分析和教学效果的评估。结果参与了院前急救实习的1999级、2000级医学生普遍对急诊医学三大体系有了一个较为完整的认识,加深了对院前急救重要性的认识,80%的医学生十分赞同参与院前急救实习。同时,考试成绩也表明,参与过院前急救实习教学的医学生的成绩普遍优于接受传统教学法教学的医学生,尤其是在操作技能考核成绩上两者之间有显著统计学差异。结论院前急救实习加强了急诊教学的实践环节,也加强了医学生的素质教育,它不仅是一次教学活动,而且也是一种社会公益活动,具有良好的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of the practice of pre-hospital care in the course of clinical emergency medicine study. Methods The students in 1999' s and 2000' s grade were organized to take part in the practice of pre-hospital care. Their results of theory exercises and the practice comprehensions after practices were analyzed to compared to the results of students in 1996' s and 1997' s grade. Results The students in 1999' s and 2000' s grade had an integrated recognition about the three systems in the emergency medicine and a better understanding about the value of pre-hospital care. The scores of the students in 1999' s and 2000' s grade were higher than those of the students in 1996' s and 1997's grade. Especially there were significant statistical difference between the scores of the students in 1999' s and 2000' s grade and those of the students in 1996' s and 1997' s grade on operation skill tests. Conclusions The practice of pre-hospital care could enhance the teaching effect of emergency medicine and of the quality education. It was not only education activities but also public benefit activities.
