摘要
针对我国在实施绿色供应链中面临的问题,提出了一个成功实施绿色供应链评价标准的层次模型,并在对绿色供应链的有关文献进行分析的基础上,建立了成功实施绿色供应链的关键因素概念模型,提炼出12项关键因素,同时提出了相应的管理对策。
Aiming at the problem of green supply chain in China, this paper proposes a success criteria hierarchy model of carrying green supply chain into execution. Based on literature review on green supply chain, this paper also provides a concept model on key factors of carrying green supply chain into execution, which is for reference of 12 key factors, and provides some managerial advices to the green supply chain.
