摘要
组织结构扁平化实质上就是组织数据关系的重组过程,信息网络技术在实现组织结构扁平化时,组织数据关系主要表现为网络节点间的数据传输处理关系。在弥漫连接面上,节点数目和位置的动态性能在保持数据传输性的条件下改变数据传输处理关系,因而能够支持组织数据关系重组,实现组织结构扁平化。基于Petri网理论论述了网络节点的动态性是如何支持组织数据关系重组的。
The simplification of structure is the process of reorganization of structure＇s data relations essentially. When the network technology is used in simplifying the structure, the structure＇s data relations perform as the data transmission and processing relations between network nodes. While network nodes are jointed freely, the dynamics of network nodes＂ number and position is able to support reorganize structure＇s data relations, and realizes the simplification of structure. This paper discusses mainly how the dynamics of network nodes＂ number and position support the reorganization of structure＇s data relations basing on Petri net theory.
