摘要 某公司#2汽轮发电机组运行中#5瓦轴振突然增大,经全面分析原因,通过直流电阻和交流阻抗试验,判断为发电机转子匝间短路引起振动。解体检查发现,转子绕组中嵌有1根螺栓引起线圈匝间短路,处理后转子试验数据合格,机组投运正常。对制造、安装、运行和维护等方面提出了相应预防措施。 Without any operation and portent, a sudden severe vibration fault occurred in No. 5 bearings of No. 2 turbo generator unit. After DC resistance test and AC impedance test,it was found that the vibration of No. 2 generator was caused by turn-to-turn short circuit of rotor windings. Then the generator and rotor had been disassembled and examined. A bolt was found being embedded in the rotor windings, resulting in turn-to-turn short circuit fault. Repair and experiment was carried out to the rotor. Then the generator unit ran normally. This paper also presents some precaution advises on generator manufacture, equipment field installation, generator run and maintenance.
