社会主义文化建设与人的全面发展在本质上具有一致性,即人的全面发展以社会主义文化建设为基础,社会主义文化建设离不开对人的全面发展的追求,人的全面发展的水平是衡量文化先进性的重要尺度。社会主义文化建设具有促进人的全面发展的内在价值:以其进步的价值取向指导人的全面发展,以其先进性规范人们的活动并指导着通往人的全面发展的实践。
