摘要
介绍了顶驱装置的工作机理和结构特点,重点分析了在HXJ100型海洋修井机上安装VARCO TDS-10SA型顶驱的可行性,包括动力配置、平台布置、井架高度和井架截面尺寸等方面。完成了安装顶驱后反扭矩的计算和井架力学分析,并提出了井架结构的改造方案。
Working mechanics and structure specialty are intruded in this paper. Mainly, the possibility is analyzed for VARCO TDS-10SA top drive installed on model HXJ100 marine workover rigs, including power collocation, platform arrangement, mast height, and section size of mast. Having completed calculation of top drive counter-torque and mast mechanics analysis, an upgrading proposal has been put forward.
