摘要
试验研究了糖蜜酒精废液中酚类色素的稳定性。结果表明:pH值对酚类色素的影响较明显,该色素在强酸性环境较稳定,在pH4~9范围内颜色逐渐加深;过氧化氢对该色素有减色作用;亚硝酸钠对该色素有增色作用;EDTA会降低该色素溶液的吸光度;Fe3+会使该色素溶液的吸光度升高;Na+、Mg2+、Cu2+、Ca2+离子对该色素溶液基本上没有影响。
The stability of phenolic pigment from molasses alcohol wastewater was investigated. The results showed that pH value has obvious effects on the pigment stability. It is stable in acid environment, and not stable in alkaline environment. H2O2 can reduce the colour from this pigmen, while NaNO2 can do the opposite. EDTA can reduce the absorbance of this pigment, The absorbance of pigment can be higher with the effect of Fe^3+, While some other metal ions have no effect on the pigment stability, such as Na^+, Mg^2+, Cu^2+, Ca^2+.
