VIs期神经母细胞瘤2例随访

摘要 1病例资料 例1患儿女性，10个月，因腹泻半月、腹胀呕吐7d伴发热2d于2000年6月8日入院。体格检查：神志清，精神软，贫血貌，腹部膨隆，腹壁静脉怒张，肝肋下10cm，质硬、结节状，两下肢水肿，肛周糜烂。实验室及辅助检查：Hb87．0g／L，总蛋白31．4g／L，白蛋白20．5g／L；CT示左肝巨大占位病变，右肝多发性占位病变，左肾上腺占位病变，有钙化点；B超示肝脏实质占位病变，少量腹水.
