摘要
为增强橡胶树RAPD反应的稳定性,通过对影响PCR反应体系的几个主要因子进行组合研究,并分析了增效剂TMAC,BSA对PCR的影响,确定了各成分的最佳工作浓度,建立了稳定的橡胶树RAPD反应体系,为利用RAPD技术对橡胶树种质资源进行研究提供了可靠保证。
To improve the RAPD stability in rubber tree, the combination of some main factors were analysed. The enhancers, TMAC and BSA, were added in PCR. The optimal concentration of every element was confirmed, and a stable RAPD system was constructed in rubber tree. This RAPD system can provide a reliable base to the application of RAPD in rubber germplasm.
