摘要
以鸡冠花种子为外植体获得无菌苗进行试管开花实验,结果表明:植物激素影响鸡冠花试管花形成发育,以6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L为促进试管苗开花的最适激素浓度组合;环境条件影响植物的开花,随着光照强度的提高,试管苗开花率提高,花色更鲜艳;营养水平不同对开花有影响,培养基中的大量元素减半,NH_4NO_3含量减半,均利于试管开花。
In this experiment, explants obtained from seeds of Celosia cristata to study the flowering in vitro. The results showed that phytohormones have effect on the development of flowering; Flowering works well in the medium of 6-BA1.0mg/L +NAA0.2 mg/L. Environmental condition also makes contribution, With more strong illumination, the flowering rate increased with more bright-color; flowering would be effected by different nutritional levels. It is favourable to halve the major element or the NH4NO3 in the medium.
