酶电极法测定氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中氯化胆碱含量 被引量:3

摘要 以固定化胆碱氧化酶(EC 5896)复合H2O2电极构成电流型酶电极生物传感分析仪,酶电极测定线性范围:0 mg·L^-1~200 mg·L^-1,精度RSD〈1.5%,响应时间:40 s,固定化胆碱氧化酶膜使用寿命大于60 d,实际测定氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中氯化胆碱含量回收率:100.3%~102.3%,采用酶电极法测定氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中氯化胆碱含量具有专一性高、成本低、分析速度快等优点。 Choline oxidase was immobilized at hydrogen peroxide electrode and the enzyme electrode was used for the amperometric determination of choline chloride. A good linear scope was from 0 to 200 mg·L^-1, the corresponding relative standard deviation less than 1.5%. The response time for enzyme electrode with choline was 40 seconds, the immobilized enzyme membrane lasted at least 60 days, and the recovery mtewas from 100.3 % to 102.3 %. The contents of choline chloride in succinyl choline chloride injection can be determined specially, rapidly and inexpensively with enzyme electrode.
