摘要
为识别和划分产品模块化设计中模块的优劣,提出了一种可视化设计结构矩阵方法。通过分析模块的基本特征,提出了模块强度的概念及计算准则。利用设计结构矩阵建模产品内组件间相互关系,运用遗传算法优化矩阵。计算矩阵中所有潜在模块的模块强度,应用不同透明度下的颜色填充技术实现模块识别的可视化,从而为不同需求下的产品模块的识别和划分提供基础。结合数控挽把机的模块识别实例,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
To identify modules for modularized design process, a visual Design Structure Matrix (DSM) method was proposed. Based on analysis of basic characteristics of modules, the concept of module intensity and its computation rules were introduced. And a DSM was utilized to model the interactions among all components of a given product. Then, a serial of values of module intensity for all potential modules were generated by imposing modules intensity on the new DSM optimized by genetic algorithm. As a result, the process of module identification could be visualized by coloring in the optimized-DSM with different transparency according to the values of module intensity, and a basis was generated to provide more choices and understanding for module identification under different design requirements. Finally, effectiveness and applicability of this approach were validated by its application in identifying the modules of CNC coiling machine.
