摘要
以端氨基聚醚、亚磷酸和甲醛等为原料合成了多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸盐(PAPEMP)。系统地研究了反应温度、反应时间、甲醛和端氨基聚醚的物质的量比等因素对目标产物PAPEMP阻垢性能的影响,由此得到PA-PEMP的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度105℃、反应时间3.5 h、n(甲醛)n∶(端氨基聚醚)=51∶。此外,还初步研究了铁离子对合成反应的影响。
Polyamine polyether methylene phosphonates(PAPEMP) has been synthesized by using polyoxypropylenediamine,phosphorous acid,concentrated hydroehlorie aeid and formaldehyde. The effeet of different synthesis eonditions on the seale inhibition property of the produet has been studied. The optimal reaetion eonditions are : the reaetion temperature is 105 ℃, the reaetion time 3.5 h, the mole ratio of formaldehyde to polyoxypropylene- diarnine is 5 : 1 o The seale inhibition effieieney of this produet is high. The effeet of iron irons on synthetie reaetion is studied.
