摘要
对于螺杆压缩机转子型线设计,提出了基于逆向的方法。通过对测量数据的噪声点过滤,数据精简等预处理,采用NURBS曲线拟合螺杆型线并分析了其拟合误差。本文解决了逆向过程中NURBS曲线重建的关键问题,实现了螺杆型线的NURBS精确表示,同时为螺杆检测、仿真以及数控加工中精确刀具轨迹生成等提供了光滑的型线。
For design of screw compressor rotor line, an approach is developed based on reverse engineering. The NURBS curve is used for fitting the screw profile when cloud data's pretreatment is already done such as eliminated noise data and data reduction, the fitting error is also analyzed. By this approach, the key problems of curve reconstruction is settled, the accurate screw profile that in the form of NURBS'is realized, a fairing screw profile is provided for test, simulation and tool path generation in numerically controlled machining simultaneously.
