摘要
以醌指纹法为主要监测手段,结合聚类分析方法,研究了Pb作用下堆肥微生物群落的演替过程.结果表明,Pb对微生物总量和群落多样性均存在抑制,但群落多样性水平在堆肥末期基本恢复.Pb能促进微生物群落均匀性的增长,加速缩小群落中各类微生物之间生物量的差距.醌指纹数据显示,Pb污染垃圾堆肥过程中的优势菌群与未污染参照体系中一致,未出现新的优势菌群.以MK-6和以Q-8为主要醌类的微生物对Pb耐受性较低,而以MK-7(H4)和以Q-7为主要醌类的微生物在Pb的作用下迅速增长,呈现出较强的耐Pb性.聚类分析表明,Pb对微生物群落的影响,在一次发酵初期表现最为明显,但随堆肥过程的推进而呈减缓趋势,这与堆肥过程对重金属毒性存在一定弱化作用有关.
The succession of microbial community in Pb-contaminated waste composting were studied by quinone profile method, together with cluster analysis. Pb had negative effect on both total microbe amount and diversity of the microbial community, but at the end of composting the diversity level could resume to the initial situation, at the same time Pb promoted microbial community's uniformity, and reduced the differences of each microbe biomass. The result of quinone profile indicated that there was no new dominant microbe in the Pb-contaminated waste compost. The microbe containing MK-6 or Q-8 as the main quinone showed the low-resistance toward Pb, while the microbe containing MK-7(H4) or Q-7 as the main quinone increased prominently, showed the high-resistance toward Pb. The result of cluster analysis showed that the influence of Pb on the microbial community was most obvious in the first fermentation period, but slowed down gradually along with the composting process, which showed that composting process could weaken the Pb's toxicity to a certain extent.
