摘要 使用悬浮液进样ICP-AES法测定纳米氧化锆中的镁、硅、钙和钛。样品以Triton X-100溶液作为分散剂,经超声波分散后,在磁力搅拌下动态进样。使用水溶液标准进行校准,不进行基体匹配。实验结果与高压溶样法一致,最终各元素检出限为:Mg 0.0008μg/mL,Si 0.028μg/mL,Ca 0.0014μg/mL,Ti 0.013μg/m.L,相对标准偏差(RSD)Mg 3.6%,Si 4.1%,Ca 2.8%,Ti 4-3%。 A method using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for the determination of Mg, Si, Ca and Ti in Nano-Zirconia powder by direct slurry introduction. Slurries were agitation in an ultrasonic bath. Triton X-100 were added as a surfactant to stabilize the slurries, and the slurries were introduced into ICP with magnetic stirring. Aqueous calibration standards without matrix matching were use for calibration. The detection limits are Mg 0.0008 μ g/mL, Si 0.028 μ g/mL, Ca 0.0014 μ g/mL, Ti 0.013 μ g/mL, with RSD Mg 3.6%, Si 4.1%, Ca 2.8%, Ti 4.3%.
