摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法和浸泡法提取了两种不同产地防风中的挥发油,并用GC-MS对所提取挥发油进行了成分分析。分别鉴定出了35种和43种成分,主要成分为3-苯基-2-丙烯醛、亚油酸乙酯、9,12-十八碳二烯酸、芹菜脑、人参醇、4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-二甲氧基苯等。结果表明,防风因产地不同、提取方法不同,其挥发油的成分有较大的差别。
The volatile oil extracted from the saponikoviacata in different area by steam distillation and marinate methods were analyzed using GC-MS, and 35 and 43 kinds of chemical compounds of volatile oil were determined, respectively. The main components contain： 2-propenal-3-pheny, Linoleic acid ethyl ester, 9, 12-Octadecadienoicacid, Apiol, Falcarinol and 1,3-Benzodioxole,methoxy-6-（2-propenyl）. Results indicate that chemical constituents of the volatile oil of different production areas as well as different extraction methods varied greatly.
